It is based on interviews that focus on selected Latin American countries and considers evolving government and corporate policies on Indigenous rights and FPIC. Our research and analytical work indicate that there are specific opportunities to create conditions for better agreements. Se basa en entrevistas que se concentran en pa\u00edses seleccionados de Am\u00e9rica Latina y considera la evoluci\u00f3n de gobierno y pol\u00edticas empresariales sobre derechos ind\u00edgenas y consentimiento. Nuestra investigaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis indican que hay oportunidades espec\u00edficas para crear las condiciones para obtener mejores acuerdos.
